Ghost Loan!

<p>I don't have business with you and still you send me nonsense. First you *******ly take money from my account for a non-existent loan agreement, now you're telling me that I will now get my 'loan' statement via MMS?! I was called by some man from POTCH (because that's apparently where my ghost loan 'originated') and told that you'd fixed your error but clearly not!!!!! So explain yourself!!!!! </p>
