Gezina standard bank

Good day,

I would like to complain about the standard bank gezina branch. We requested to open a savings account for the church and the lady by the name Jessica phoned and was rude as we did not want to give her the documents however the previous year none of the documents that she requested was necessary to open the account. She threatened us to say she will froze our account. This is unacceptable as it is not her money or account to froze.
