Getting charged when there's funds available
I have a bizlaunch account with standard bank for a good few years. I have noticed that when I purchase using my bank card I get an SMS that the purchase went through. When I get my statement i am charged a fee for honouring as well as an over draft fee for the purchase. There is no answer when I call the bank and my branch is far from where I reside. It has happened on a few occasions and this is not on as I only buy when there's funds available.
