Get with the times

Why do we need to go into the branch for most things? I've been with Standard bank since I was born but I am honestly getting sick of the outdated way of banking. The Call Centre takes forever and most of the time you need to go into branch where yet again you sit in lines which drag on forever. Luckily they have nice consultants which redeem the brand a bit.
