Gesina Branch is pathetuc

Gesins Branch Pta. How is it possuble that you must wait a hour or more to see a consultant? They cant even follow the client list at reception? The staff prance around like they own the bank. The service is beyind pathetic. 2 clients are here to close their Business Account, one left after waiting for more than an hour! Since when is your schoolchild aloud to sit with you as a worker??? Whats wrong with this branch? The service is deteriorating daily. Or is it a case of let the whities wait? Our account is older than most these people lazing around her, coz working they are not.
