Gatvol i want my money

. Last year around may June my std savings card got lost so I went to the nearest branch which is std in mahube.as I was there to do a new card dis lady anna introduced this cheque services acc thing to me so she opened the acc for me as we agreed so later but funny enough no card was given as she said.then I asked her but I want to withdraw the money on my savings and I dnt hv card as well as you so she said she'll do it manually now she claims that she was doing me a favour to transfer the money to the other acc since it was going to chargr me more.this year may 1200.12 was transferreuid from my savings to cheque acc bare be coz of that money that was transferred and I withdraw 81and that 81and it's the coz that means o used the acc . I want my money,and Anna has such an attitude and a nerve to tell me that it was a favour,how the hell can do me a Cavour with my money, for ****sake I'm the client here..
