Garage Card

I had a garage card with them in 2010 .I cancel it long time ago but even today they still take service fee for the garage card.They can see only 6 month statement and i need them to check from 2010 to reverse my money till last month.

My garage card was use in 2010 last time from that they were not taking service fee then in 2015 they start to take again till last.As i told them i cancel it because from 2010 i was not paying service fee.Now they are telling me we are going to share money they were taking for service fee from 2015, told them i need whole money why must share my money with them.
