Further useless service

Still pathetic service, was contacted via email by standard bank hellopeter consultant asking if issue was resolved.. i informed him that still nothing was resolved and was told the problem would be escalated to card department. To this day im still waiting for card division to contact me to close my credit card account. After so many years as a standard bank client it is a disgrace.. wouldnt recommend standard bank to anyone service is useless and problems dont get solved.
