Further Loan Nightmare!!!

I already have a current home loan with Std Bank, I app**** for my further loan on the 13th of November 2015, and at this point I still do not have my requested funds. I have dealt with numerous people since the beginning of this painful procedure. In the Sunward Park branch itself where I first app****, the lady who assisted me was amazing. Std Bank assigned MNISI Attorneys to do all their legal work. After sending through all the documents, signing what needed to be signed, I find out that they (Mnisi) have left my file unattended for a week because the woman responsible wasn't in the office, but suddenly the conveyancer could do it personally, a conveyancer who I have to SMS every time before I call, because he doesn't answer his phone calls. Once checked they found out that Std Bank made an error in the documents, so this whole process had to start over again, more signing and more waiting (everything has a 3-5 day turn around). I've already paid MNISI Attorneys and what was promised to take 2-3 weeks max, as promised by said attorneys, will be 2 months next week. Std Bank is now trying to phone their OWN assigned attorneys because they don't know when they open. Its a joke...
