Further loan application

<p>A few months ago i app**** for a further loan and standardbank said that i am rejected due to affordability. They then said i must add my wifes salary and put the contract of people that is renting from me. i waited about 3 to 4 months and tried again. as i send all the documents through standard bank said i cant ise my wifes payslip but can add the contract. i did it and i told the person helping me that my wifes salary is also paying some accounts she said i will be granted. now after a week of struggling they phoned and said i am rejected again. i phoned SA Homeloans and they willing to refinace my property for me. If they do approve i will move all my accounts from standard bank. I have been with standard bank for the last 11 years and bought 2 houses and a car through them never missed a payment ever. i am a private banker and still no assistance. kind regards Fouche Pretorius</p>
