funeral policy payout paid on time

My mother had a funeral policy with standard bank, after my father sadly passed away the money was paid out in 48 hours as promised/advertised when one takes out the policy. Thanx to standard bank we were able to pay back 70% of the debt made to bury my father unlike Nedbank who now says as it's unatural death we need to wait 3 weeks/21working days. Will definitely cancel nedbank and join standard funeral policy.
