Funeral plan

I took out a funeral plan around 15 years ago. It is underwritten by Liberty. They had absolutely NO issue with increasing my premiums but decided to pay me out a tiny portion of my policy which won't even cover a third of my moms basic funeral. This is theft in its mist purest form, absolutely disgusting and despicable. If uou can up your premiums then you need to adjust the payouts and not just pay out what was stated 15 years ago, then you should never have increased your premium. I cannot recommend either company for funeral insurance. It's an absolute disgrace and that on top of myself having to deal with my mother's passing.

Standard Bank you are a disgrace! Simply by replying to my message and then ignoring me does not make it right. Between Standard Bank and Liberty You stole my money, how dare you up the premiums annually by 10% but leave the cover where it was 15 years ago. Then my premium Should have stayed the same too from 15 Years ago. My Liberty Broker tells me this is so typical of big insurance companies and he is as disgusted in you as I am. So sort it out and pay for my moms funeral.
I will continue my bad reviews of you until this is sorted out. Daily if need be.
