FUNERAL COVER CLAIM TO BE PAID AFTER 3 MONTHS

<p>We submitted funeral cover claim on the 09 May 2017 but it was never paid, when we make a follow-up on the 16 May about the claim we were told by a stupid consultant at standard bank in Bloemfontein who think she own the bank, that we should not expect 1st preference as a lot of people passed away during easter holidays, standard bank has lot of outstanding claims that need to be processed, she said that it will take 3 months or more to be paid not 48 hours as stipulated on a contract. She also told us that we are not the only people who lost our loved one there are a lot of people that are waiting for their funeral benefits to be paid, if that is how she talk to the client, then standard bank will keep on loosing a lot of clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why lie to the people that they will be paid within 48 hours for funeral benefits if you knew that you take 3 months or more to process a claim as if we submitted appliocation for LIFE COVER NOT FUNERAL COVER.</p>
