Funds Transfer-QMPQ***

I am currently employed overseas and every I transfer part of my salary funds from my local bank to my bank in South Africa (standard bank). On receiving funds, standard bank sends me an email confirming availability of funds and we agree on conversion rate of transfer from dollar to rand.

Last year on 3 occasions they transferred funds without agreed rate, and despite me instructing prevention of such action. Then they would later apologize for the such wrongful doing. This year, last week on February 5th 2015, received an email as usual from standard bank about receiving my funds from overseas bank, then I rep**** and requested to be advised of conversion rate prior to transfer, but the consultant made a transfer without and agreed rate. I then asked the transaction to be reversed as I did not agree to the rate. I made calls several times asking to speak to the consultant, but every time I was told she will call me back. I decided to lodge a query. Again I was told the consultant will contact me.

I would like to prevent this from happening again or to others who are treated with disrespect like me.
