Funds still held up without valid any reasons
It is shocking after 10 working days now. Payment from one of my international clients has still not been released by Standard bank. It seems this is a bank that employs staff that can not fulfill the role they are employed for. I do not want to hear from their compliant department because they listen to your queries and do nothing about it. If you are an SMS this is not a bank you should even consider opening a business account with because they will run your business down with their unprofessional services. All the documents they requested have been sent and yet no one has come back to me

So you at the complaint Resolution Centre are telling my clients you are conducting investigations on me hence the funds has been red flag. Like really, is Standard bank really serious? You are destroying my business and now you are destroying my credibility as well and i have a personal account with you for years and still have a personal account with you then my business account. I think is time a report you to the bank Ombudsman
