Funds held by Standard Bank

It is shocking how with the havoc of what C-19 has done to lots of SMS's and we are getting such a horrible service from Standard bank. One of my international clients made payment into my business account and that same day it was reversed by the ***** transnational department without any tangible reason. I have been to my branch and i have spoken to my business banker and have even spoken to the ***** department and no one is giving me any explanation. If this funds is not release urgently i am in the process of loosing my credibility as a business,income,my clients and job loses as i have to lay off my staff. I dont think anyone at Standard bank knows the implications this is having on lot of SMS's who are working hard to stay float in business and help families to put food of their table
