Full of **** bank

So my account wasn’t debited for my VAF because you they added insurance on my account without my consent!! Who the hell gave you permission to add insurance to my VAF? I hate doing business with you already and now you force me to have insurance with you!! You must be crazy!! Please remove that darn insurance. I don’t have insurance for a reason and you go and add R1100 and this has now affected my credit rating because you didn’t get the amount that is required!! Please correct that amount and debit my account with the correct amount thank you!!!
