****ing with my CREDIT RECORD!

Its me and this ****ING bank again just when you think they cant do worse they take it upon themselves to prove you wrong! Ive subcribed to ITC for R480 because of the incompetence displayed by these people!They listed my acc 150+ DAYS IN ARREARS FOR DEC IMAGINE THAT! My RCP installment is R607 but ive been paying R1000 monthly to wrap up my dealings with them ASAP as you can see this is not my first situation of this nature!My credit report for Nov shows up to date so can someone PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS ****UP TO ME!MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED SUBSTANTIALLY BECAUSE OF THIS ****!THIS IS WORSE THAN IDENTITY THEFT!A DISPUTE WITH THE BUREAU WILL TAKE A MONTH TO RESOLVE SO IM ****ED IF AN EMERGENCY COMES UP AND I NEED ACCESS TO CREDIT IN DEC!YOU ARE ****ING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!MY KIDS WILL HAVE **** CHRISTMAS PRESENTS THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF YOU! IM GOING TO YOUR REGIONAL BRANCH THIS WEEKEND TO SHOW ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT YOURE ABOUT! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL YOURSELF A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION YOURE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BANK TO SAY THE LEAST!
