Frustration!!!!, Almost a month and no satisfactio

Standard bank hold the licence papers for a vehicle I bought from my sister. Myself, my sister and her husband have been trying to get hold of someone to arrange for the papers to be collected or delivered.<br> We have been given a name, Brigette Davis who is of no assistance. I have even logged this with my prestige banker and still awaiting feedback. This document is needed by the insurance company for a claim.<br> My self and my family has been thru enough frustration from service providers after the accident and I'm boiling with anger.<br> All we need is to get the documents to submit it to the insurance company.<br>
