Frustrated with Standard bank Trust and Estates

This is regarding standard trust at standard bank, we are struggling to get assistance or call back from Chicco Mtshali. We would like to set up our first consultation since we last spoke to him via email 2021 September . We have called a number of times and left messages with the reception, sent emails with no response or call back. We would like assistance or standard bank trust to allocate another estate officer to assist us.
