frustrated with garage charges twice

This is yet the third time that i have filled up at caltex garage and was charged twice. <br> <br> Today in front of me i get sms of being charged while the attendant tells me it was first declined. And the garage manager is rude and not worth speaking to.<br> <br> Why is standard bank not doing anything to assist its clients or customers in filling up at any garage and getting points..... why only caltex when these caltex garages are up to nonsence.<br> <br> Also no one ever gets back to me with help or proper assistance not even my private bankers. Everyone moves me around , i think its time over due to rather find another bank .<br> <br> I want my money back now!!! I dont have funds to pay twice everytime . I need my money back now. Can standard bank contact me now!!!!! <br> <br> Or why dont they damn contact the caltex garage .... or have points in other garages
