Frustrated Standard Bank customer

I went to Standard Bank Sandton City one week ago, and again (no surprise) a que of people and 6 work stations and 2 people @ the work station...it blows my mind. I then went to see where i could find somebody to complain. I found a banker and miraculously 3 people came to assist..BUT THE QUESTION WILL ALWAYS REMAIN.Why must i complain..can no staff member in the bank not see a que?? Or am i completely nuts.. i really think staff members shoild go for overseas training..banks in the USA do not treat their customers in this shoddy manner at all.
