Frustrated customer

I have been with this bank from the first day I decided to open a bank account 10 years back when i finished high school,they have seen me grow from R200 pocket money to over a prestige salary.I have 2 home-loans,none of them from this bank,all the cars I have been buying all this years all of them financed by other banks,I bought a stand last year,financed by another bank.I have had a prestige card for 3 years now and i thought things will get better.I have a good credit rating and i have never missed payments whatsoever and I have a very good stable job but standard bank treats me like im nothing,I have had to change from the wonderpark branch to centurion branch hoping iwill get a better service.I dont know if im the only person they are treating this way but damn its so frustrating. When all this other banks are debiting money from my account with higher interest rates dont you guys feel ashamed?I have never even been offered least to switch my accounts to you guys.Im cutting ties with you guys for good ending this month thats a fact!!!
