Frustrated Client

I am so annoyed with standard bank last week there was a deposit made into the wrong account i wasted a whole 2 hours only to be told that i need to wait 5 days after logging a request, the request was logged only to be told that i need to go back to the branch and fill in a form to request my funds to br released i am not in Johannesburg which us a problem and i did mention it.... Standard bank has ruined everything for me the back and forth a person has to do is really frustrating i can't continue with a bank like this.... This is the worst service i have ever had
