FRUSTRATED CLIENT

I was ****med at an ATM in Wonderpark. I rushed home to call the bank because, one, they did not display their no. at that particular ATM and two I did not have my cellphone. While calling from my daughter's phone, I got cut off because of insufficient airtime. I went to their branch as I waited for them to open, another transaction went through, I then banged the STD bank glass door alerting the staff inside that I can no longer wait for them to open as I am continually being ******. A staff member, Evelyn, open for me and helped me make a call to the ***** dept. since then it has been down hill. the ***** dept rejects my claim and when I dispute their decision they send me from pillar to post, i'm supposed to get cellphone statements as proof that I called, take pictures of the ATM. I am traumatized that almost all my salary was ****** and yet, I the victim, am treated like a ******** by standard bank. I regret that I chose to bank with them after their consultants came to our work place. I now hear stories of how this department is notorious in the way they treat their clients.
