Frustrated by standard bank

My late father Mr YJ Mtembu passed away on the 27th of March 2021. He had a will with standard bank. As I write this on the 3rd of December after many visits to different standard bank branches with my 73 year old mother she still doesn't have the letter of executorship. My late father's car which is financed by standard bank has an expired license disc which we can't renew as we don't have the letter of executorship. On Monday we drove to standard bank trust where we were assigned Langa who told us my father's file was just lying there with Noone assigned to help us since Gillian Venter resigned. My mother wants to settle the car but she can't because standard bank wants letter of executorship before they can tell her the outstanding amount. We want to cancel the will with standard bank and get a private attorney to assist us in this matter.
