Frustrated !!
I app**** for a loan and it’s been almost 4 days since I have heard anything back from them. I call constantly and no one can give me an answer. I am so frustrated. Other banks approve or reject your application within a day, I don’t understand why it’s taking them so long when they are my preferred bank to bank with.

I have tried numerous times to find out what is happening with my application yet no one can update me. They initially told me it takes 1-3 working days to approve or reject the loan. It’s now day 4. Please do better.
