Frustrated and annoyed

I feel so frustrated as I write this complaint this morning. I have received numerous calls from different lawyers.. all regarding loan accounts I have with Standard Bank and I have already made payment arrangements for both my outstanding loans and I’ve been sticking to them since the arrangements have been made but every month there’s a different lawyer calling me regarding payment and I’ve even been threatened by another firm saying they are going to place a judgement on my name. I know that it’s a bunch of call centres calling me but I can’t be held responsible for no communications between the legal firms - I have on numerous occasions stipulated that I am unemployed, I have been getting money from friends and family to pay these loans on a monthly basis.. I need someone to call me because I have been honouring my arrangements and the issue comes in with my debt being sent from one legal firm to the next without any mention of the previous arrangements. I will only provide my ID no as there are 2 loans that need to be dealt with here.
