frustrated
I app**** for a personal loan with standard Bank on Monday the 16th of November 2015 and I was told it was approved and will get the funds in 3 working days. Till today I have been waiting I tried phoning them I have been waiting. The people on the phone told me they are escalating the matter through e-mail. I even went to Tembisa standard Bank still nothing has been done. I am truly disappointed as I don't get funds or response on what is happening beside being told the matter has been escalated.
