Frustrated!!!
I have been banking with standard bank for the past 8 years. My salary gets deposited into my STD bank cheque account . I have been approved for a term loan,the contract was accepted and sent to me via email. But Standard bank has requested three months bank statements before the funds are released. if I bank with them why should i need to send in bank statements? Why approve a loan and not have access to the funds immediately?
