**********,undermining and disrespect individual customers

Good day Hellopeter team I'm frustrated and tired off Standard Bank they've been deducting vehicles money which is way too much on my normal installment i used to pay R5 200 on my polo tsi now since October after the holiday payment of which they delayed until I report it to this platform then they approve it and they said to interest or any amount will charged after that period but since October I'm paying R 8 158 on my vehicle I've reporting this issue but every month they are busy taking money on my account without even consulting or my permission they've saying my issue is being escalated will be resolved but nothing is happening on my issue so please can u help me course Hellopeter team only you guys can help me regarding this issue to my surprise one of their rude poor consultant said to me I will pay that amount of R 8 153 until I finish the car otherwise they will take away my car whereby I've paying this car since 2015 course now only less amounts period they want take it sell it again to someone else this is nonsense
