********** withdrawal from crefit card

I am very unhappy with the credit card section of Standard bank. After years of using another bank I convince my wife years ago to change to Standardbank Beaufort West . After noticing ********** withdrawals from her Standardbank credit card diring 2017 my wife reported it to Standardbank. She noticed that withdrawals at other ATMs were done from her credit card while the she is at home and the card is with her in ger posession. At tha stage this had happened oved a period of time and she never noticed it until she became suspicious when she had to pay monthly an installment while she did not use her credit card. She went to the South African Police Service in Beaufort West and open a ******** case. She reported it to standard bank who told her that her card is not cloned. She was adviced to launch a dispute which she did. She completed the dispute form and gave it in at Beaufort West Standard Bank. She never receive any feedback from Standard Bank. During August 2020 after enquiering a Defective from Beaufort West SAPS , Standardbank inform the detective that my wife never completed a dispute form. After confronting the spesific clerck at the bank he acknowledged that she did indeed complete a dispute form and he did forwarded it. Standard Bank refuse now to attend to this matter. We discovered that for a period of 6 months someone withdraw R11000 out of her crefit card.
