********** TRANSACTION INSIDE STANDARD BANK

My mother who is 76 years old, had a business account with Standard Bank and after she sold it, requested her business banker to close her account, which he sent her email confirmation that he will close it. Then a month later an amount of R 117 000 was transferred: ****** from her account and paid to a different account number but with the same name as her, now, closed business! The banker never closed the account and they now want to claim she made the eft transfer.... How can someone with a "closed" account, after 20 plus years with Standard Bank go and make an EFT transaction to some random account number with the same company name as his/her own that was closed? Someone inside Standard Bank stole her money. Branch is Stellenbosch branch
