********** LOAN THAT WAS 'SUPPOSEDLY RESOLVED'

Let me start by saying that I am in the process of reporting you to the Ombudsman for ******* practices!

I had a fight with you not so long ago about a non-existent loan that you tried to force me to pay! After much of being sent from pillar to post I was called by some “Oom” from your Potchefstroom branch who claimed that the account was opened there (which is a complete fabrication seeing as I reside in JHB, my proof of residence would be from here), and advise that the ********** ACCOUNT was closed!

Fast forward to 5 minutes ago and I receive an SMS telling me to pay my “Revolving Credit Loan”!!!!!! I’ve never had a loan agreement in place with you! What you are doing is ********, especially having been told by your staff that this mess had been resolved months ago. Should this impact my Credit rEcord I'll be left with no choice but to pursue you legally!

I'm still having the same complaint and you seem to not care to get this resolved. I have received another SMS from Standard bank claiming that my imaginary personal loan account is in arreas. Refer to the issue below - again!

I called multple time and held on ad nauseum for someone who knows what they're doing but everyone out there is seemingly an ignoramus maximus!
