********** debits not taken serious

Its like every month I call Standard Bank to report a ********** debit from my account. Why is Standard Bank not doing anything to protect our account from unauthorized ********** companies from going into our accounts and debiting money without our connects. I always ask why they allow this to happen but the consultants don't even have an answer. The don't even have advise on what a person can do to protect their bank account from these people. It is really a hassle to have to find the time to call or to go to a branch to log the same complaint over and over again. Doesn't Standard Bank management see that this is a trend and maybe they need to locate these companies and hold them accountable. Standard Bank you need to do something about these unauthorized companies that go into peoples account and just take money like that. This is the latest one I came across BILLION RF***4LIFE2808 - this does not look like a name of a genuine company.
