********** Debit Orders

I have an unauthorised debit orders that are going off my Standard Bank account. The first debit order was on the 30th of September from Sagewise for R99. The second one is on the 31st of October 2017 from GR Life for R99.99. I did not authorise these debit orders, and I can't keep on contacting Standard Bank every single month to reverse debit orders that I know nothing about. I phoned your ***** department today (31st of October) to report this and I was told they don't deal with such incidents as it is not card related, to me this is still ***** because I did not authorise these debit orders.
