********** credit card transactions

Standard Bank's service is terrible. I discovered ********** transactions on my credit card. I phoned Standard Bank to complain, I was given a reference number. I have emailed and phoned numerous times. No one calls back, no response to my emails. I do not want to be held responsible for these ********** transactions nor do I want to pay for the interest.
