So the Standard just decided to upgrade my account from Elite to Prestige current account without consulting with me. I mean during tough time why would i want to upgrade. Then, Mandisi M Qwabe send me email lying that she had a conversation with me. Can you please downgrade my account to Elite and failure to do so , I will go to FNB. Those telephonic conversation of me agreeing to be upgraded must be made available, because this is ***** committed by Standard Bank
