********** activities: Standard Bank blames customers

With Standard Bank if you have someone's banking details you get take their money by simply submitting a debit order form. When you report it, they tell you that it's not something they can help you with. What bull**** is this? How can anyone have access to my money from my account without my approval? Apparently, with Standard Bank it's a standard practice. I wonder how much I have been ********** over the past 12 years.
