*****elent transactions apparently not their problem

My husband received an sms for a purchase made for the amount of R716 whilst sitting at home. He immediately phoned Standard Bank and was transferred to the ***** Department and spoke to Prince who told my husband that it is an international transaction and even though the transaction still says authorisation outstanding there os nothinh that they can do about it. What is the point of ***** Department when you have a real problem and that 2 days before Christmas when the ***** Department is unable or unwilling to assist.
