***** WITH STANDARD BANK - POLICY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION
I have been a customer to Standard Bank for 41 years. I am totally disgusted with what is happening with my account. I have had Vehicle and Assets Finance with Standard Bank for 3 years, I added my Vehicle onto my own Insurance which covers Property, Motor Vehicles x 3, and personal items. I received a call on Monday advising that they have taken 729.00 out of my account for my Motor Vehicle Insurance. THIS IS *****.... They were given the insurance details when I bought the car there has been no need to change as I am getting a good rate. I sent them proof of insurance from my insurers from my policy update date 1 March 2020 and they will not accept it. WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE TO ACCESS MY ACOUNT, WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE??? THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE ORIGINAL DRIVER OR THE CORRECT ADDRESS WERE THE CAR IS DEFINETLY NOT ON MY PREMISES

To my utter disgust they have added 1003.67 to my account for Standard Bank Motor Assist
I have advised Standard Bank that this is ***** and I will be stopping all debit order with immediate affect.
I will do and EFT every month and for the car which is 2396.36.
I was then advised that I will get blacklisted if my account is in arrears REALLY.
