***** unattended

I have reported a credit card ***** and standard Bank refused to attend it , I reported the 1st time at K90 BOKSBURG it was not attended, the 2nd time the ***** case was open but after I received a call and they informed me it was reported late. I asked the supervisor to give me a call up to this day he haven't called. <br> 1 don't receive notification <br> 2 the credit card statement come very late some times don't come at all. <br> 3 the time I received it was more than 4 month late and I went to the branch to repot it. <br> 4 Because I saw unauthorised transaction that were done in a foreign country. <br> <br> I failed to understand how this is my fault because they didn't do notification I asked many times for notification to be done and they were incorrectly done. <br> <br> Standard Bank should not say moving forward because they moved my banking to the back. <br> I am totally unhappy the staff are not working at all and I the client have to pay for problems they causing.
