***** standardbank

So my bank standardbank advise they are waiting on the agent bank to recover funds and if the agent bank comes back and say they could not recover funds than it's a loss this was the response from standardbank ***** department they send sms everyday the same time we are still working on you case I just feel this is a automated sms. So standardbank can't help me this happened on the 24 th of Feb look at the date now that was my salary nd the bank just don't care if I don't get a positive feedback I'm moving to a better bank I want my money nd I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman nd if they can't help me ill get my lawyer to assist standardbank is the worse bank ever they just can't assist
