***** Standard Bank Home Loans

Standard Bank deducted and ******* debit order for my home loan and not the agreed and accepted amount. I tried to complain, but no response. I requested that future debit orders be cancelled and then payment method changed to eft, but now it is long stories about it being subject to approval, a delaying tactic till the next month, which means, they will *******ly debit my account again with the higher instalment. I incurred bank charges and Standard Bank does not even care about this. They don't care about people, every transaction is performed by computers with no human intervention but I pay for customer service. Even after complaining, nothing is being done to correct this issue. DO NOT TAKE OUT A HOMELOAN WITH THESE FRADUSTERS.
