***** Reports taken for granted for 2 years Now

I noticed money being taken without my authority from my standard bank account in 2016, ive reported this matter more than 100 times to the bank and asked them to close my account because i dont have money to pay for things i dont know. the account was on a negative balance since last year but standard bank still authorize money to be taken out of my account without my knowledge while i asked them to close it a long time ago. now im receiving sms's to settle my overdrawn account which i dont understand how you give some ********* money out of an account that was supposed to be closed a long time ago and it is on a negative balance already. Our money is not safe with banks at all. yall need to figure out how you pay off that money because i reported this a long time ago and you decide to neglect it and now you wan to bother me with sms's for money i never used.
