***** reported still continues on my virtual card

My virtual card has been de*****ed a few times and I called the bank to notify them, they promised to investigate and I was never contacted afterwards. Yesterday, an unauthorised transaction happened on the same card so I called them this morning wanting to alert them. I was put through to the ***** department and was then transferred to the virtual card section and I was on hold until I decided to hang up. Please take your customers serious or we will take our business somewhere else.
