***** on credit card

<p>I never use my credit card for online transactions. Yesterday I had to make a EFT transaction to a new beneficiary. The SB banking app would not allow me to add a new beneficiary without OTP. I tried setting it up on the app but kept getting error messages. I then went to their website (i have rapport running). I tried to setup OTP and got tge same error messages. </p> <p> </p> <p>I woke up this morning and there were 2 unauthorized online transactions on my account. I phoned the ***** line and they cancelled my card. So now I am without a credit card for a week. This is a mayor inconvenience. If my card details were ****** it had to have happened on the SB app or web portal.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to SB they will start a investigation and will then decide if they will refund the money. </p>
