***** on Account

R5000.00 went missing on my account on the 3 March 2015. A ***** case was opened on the 11 march 2015. Brenda from the ***** investigation department has been working on my case but its 10 days now and she still hasn't resolved the case, when she had said she was going to give me feedback by the 18 March 2015 and she has just been quite. every time I call to find out what is happening they keep on postponing the day the case will be resolved. on the 23 March 2015 I spoke to Sophy Masela from the complaint department who also has not gotten back to me. Today I spoke to a Lebo from the ***** Investigation department who was just as useless and rude and insinuated that I am dumb.
