***** NOT THEFT!

I was ****** at gunpoint and my personal documents were taken. When I reported the theft to the bank, i was greeted with the news that my account was cleaned out! the most disgusting part, the bank says after investigation, which shockingly consisted of just looking at the transactions in my account which told them how much was drawn, where it was drawn and what time it took place. they afound that my card was used with my pin number therefore they will not be refunding me because that is not ***** but its Theft. This ***** happened because of theft. Luckrisha from STD bank even told me that they dont even bother investigating how was my card used at another atm, what kind of verification took place so they can pretend to even deal with the problem. she tells me STD pays for cloning insidents because they know how it works and in some cases they don't. My conclusion is that STD bank gave me a false sense of security when they gave me a card with a chip and promised that it is safer than the old card. They are too busy hiding the fact that they have no idea whats going on in their own backyard and making simple people like me pay for their ignorance. HOW SAFE IS YOUR INFORMATION!
