***** in Standard Bank Polowane Branch

I mistakenly paid R 14 600, a total of R 29 200, as opposed to only once R 14 900 from an ABSA Account into a Standard Bank account number *** belong to DADA WOOD, in Polokwane. I am being tossed to and fro and all I want is my money paid back, the second R 14 900. The owner of the account is in Polokwane and I am in Sandton and is giving me the ran around. This cannot be right. There are laws for undue enrichment and nobody, absolutely nobody can use funds deposited into their account without knowing the origins of the funds, or without confirming where the deposit arises from. I am appalled at the service received from Standard Bank and want the other deposit paid back urgently. The account holders account must be blocked to prevent him from doing further transactions on his account and a debit of R 14 600 passed into his account to pay me back. Otherwise, continuation of this equates to Standard Bank permitting daylight *****
